The pancake feed fundraiser for the Junction City High School JROTC from 7 a.m. until noon. It is sponsored by the JCHS JROTC Parent Support Group.
All proceeds and donations will assist the JROTC cadets in attending events, and provide supplies for their travel, events and training. The cost for the pancake feed will be $5 for all you can eat pancakes, sausage, plus juice and coffee will be provided. There will be raffle and auction opportunities as well.
December 1, 2018, 7:30 AM - 10:30 AM @ Milford City Building
The Milford Lions will hold a pancake / sausage breakfast on Saturday from 7:30 – 10:30 a.m. at the Milford City Building. A $5 suggested donation will go toward Milford Elementary School and community projects.
Beverly Greenwood said those attending are urged to bring used eye glasses.
December 1, 2018, 8:00 AM - 2:00 PM @ F.O.E. Bingo Hall
The Eagles will also host a Christmas Market from 8 a.m. until 2 p.m. in the F.O.E. Bingo Hall. Booth rentals are available at a cost of $10 per table. Booths can include crafts, consultants, antiques & collectables, food and baked goods. Garage sale or flea market items are not wanted.

Tour of Homes is a wonderful opportunity available for people in the area to tour the historic homes of Fort Riley. The homes are graciously opened by their tenants to the public for viewing while dressed in their holiday best. Participating homes and pictures from previous events can be viewed below.
Please note: Tour of Homes not wheel chair accessible. All of the homes on the tour are historic homes that were not built with that in mind. Additionally, is for individuals 12 years of age and older only, those under 12 years of age are not eligible to be admitted into Tour of Homes. Babies under 2 years of age, that can be worn are welcome to attend with mom or dad, but strollers are expressly not permitted.
The 2018 Tour of Homes will happen on December 1st from 12 to 4 p.m. Tickets are $13 in advance and $15 the day of event. To purchase tickets follow the link below:

Grand Opening & Ribbon Cutting!
On Saturday December 1 at 12:00pm, I.C.A.R.E. will be having their grand opening ribbon cutting for our Multi-Generational Playground Fitness Equipment at 5th Street Park.
Please join us as we recognize our donors and community partners! The 12th Street Community Center’s S.I.M. (Stay In Motion) Fitness Class, will be demonstrating the fitness equipment at this event.
Thanks for all of the support the City of Junction City have given our organization during this community project!
