The Junction City Arts Council offers a variety of arts and activities encouraging adults and children to explore their creativity and innovative spirit. For over 40 years, the Arts Council has been cultivating the arts in Junction City and provide a gallery, work shops and cultural events.

Housed within the C.L. Hoover Opera House, popular art displays by accomplished artists are exhibited within the Opera House.
